事務所概要
当事務所は、代表弁護士松永貴之をはじめとする弁護士３名と税理士１名により、２０１３年９月、表参道に設立されました。
事務所名の「マイル」は、道・道標を意味する言葉に由来しています。新たな道をクライアントの皆様とともに歩む、新しい道を切り拓く、クライアントの皆様の道標となる、そのような意味を込めました。
当事務所では、一般企業法務、M＆A、労働問題、事業再生・破産など、不動産問題、渉外法務、相続・遺産分割、医療問題、交通事故、個人の破産・民事再生・任意整理、刑事事件など、企業法務から一般民事・家事事件、刑事事件に至るまで幅広い業務を取り扱っております。クライアントの皆様のおかげで、さまざまな業務に取り組んで成果を上げさせていただき、評価を頂いております。事務所名の由来のとおり、クライアントの皆様の良い道標となれるよう、すべての案件に機動的に取り組み、法律・税務の観点から最良のリーガルサービスを提供するべく、弁護士、税理士そしてスタッフ一同がこれからも日々研鑽を重ね、業務に取り組んでまいります。

In September 2013, the representative partner Takayuki Matsunaga together with two other lawyers and a tax accountant established this law firm in Omotesando.
Our name “Mile” comes from “milestone.” What we meant by this is, we go forward with you, open a new way with you, and act like a guardian angel for you to achieve your milestones.
We offer a wide range of legal services from corporate matters to individual, family relations, and criminal cases. We have assisted clients with general corporate matters, M&A, labor and employment, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, real estate, international law, succession and estate settlement, medical industry, traffic accidents, individual bankruptcy and restructuring, and criminal cases.
